Founded in 2003, Prolink set out to capture a share of the sports coatings market. The initial focus involved coatings for various products that employed the use of fiber reinforced plastics or high performance composites. These applications fit perfectly with the expertise and backgrounds of Prolink’s owners. Prolink’s owners had spent their formative years in the manufacturing of the high performance composites and related chemical business’s. The transition to a business involving finishing of was a natural and comfortable fit because the processes were similar and the customers were very familiar. Even the primary raw material distribution and chemical suppliers were familiar. The initial years proved challenging as Prolink gained experience in the nuances of the coatings business. Carving out a niche and then attacking the market in manner that fits our core competencies. The present day Prolink team has vast experience and each member focuses on specific areas of expertise but overlaps when necessary. We approach every opportunity and project as a team. We develop a game plan and then execute the game plan. Prolink is flexible and adaptable. Prolink rapidly turns around projects and orders. The customer wins.
